- Be eligible for Medical Assistance (MA).
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a documented disability or chronic illness.

personalized support to prevent eviction, assist with housing relocation, and connect clients with
resources to ensure long-term housing stability. Whether you're facing housing challenges or need
assistance navigating the process, we’re here to help you find sustainable housing

No. Housing Stabilization Services do not directly pay for rent, utilities, or household
expenses.

No. Housing Stabilization Services are available to people with disabilities who are eligible for Medical Assistance (MA) and meet other eligibility criteria. You do not need a separate waiver to access these services.
